COSTA RICA La Gladiola Coffee The fruit that comprises La Gladiola comes from the Western portion of the Tarrazu valley. The fruit is purchased from specific farmers, process it at La Minita's mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu and kept separate from their other trademark coffee beans.

Flavor Notes: Brilliant acidity, a medium body, and sweet flavors of orange citrus, caramelized sugar, and fine chocolate. It is impeccably balanced with a long, satisfying finish.
