COSTA RICA La Gladiola Coffee The fruit that comprises La Gladiola comes from the Western portion of the Tarrazu valley. The fruit is purchased from specific farmers, process it at La Minita's mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu and kept separate from their other trademark coffee beans.

Flavor Notes: Medium body, Wonderful acidity, with some citrus and cocoa notes.

Processing: Washed Process

Roast: Medium Roast
