COSTA RICA La Gladiola Coffee The fruit that comprises La Gladiola comes from the Western portion of the Tarrazu valley. The fruit is purchased from specific farmers, process it at La Minita's mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu and kept separate from their other trademark coffee beans.

Flavor Notes: Brilliant acidity, a medium body, and sweet flavors of orange citrus, caramelized sugar, and fine chocolate. It is impeccably balanced with a long, satisfying finish

Rich, smooth, wonderful flavor

This roast of Costa Rica’s finest provided an amazingly rich flavor from our espresso machine. The first promise came from the smooth and even grinds tamped into the basket, a clear indication of a quality roast without additives where the beans could shine on their own merits. The golden cream and rich coffee smell that followed was a gentle prelude to an amazing espresso, cappuccino, and latte that consistently delivered more than I hoped.

We are coming back to Nirvana for more because all three beans we’ve tried; Costa Rica, Columbia, and Guatemala were roasted to perfection, tasted amazing, and offered the unique regional subtleties that often fade away from other sources.
