Region: Huila, Colombia
Elevation: 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level
Farming Method: Shade-grown, washed process, smallholder farms
Flavor Profile:
Colombian beans bring a creamy body and caramel sweetness, along with subtle red apple and milk chocolate undertones. The washed process preserves its clean, bright finish — the perfect base for this elegant holiday blend.

2. Kenyan Coffee – Bright & Complex
Region: Nyeri, Central Kenya
Elevation: 1,600–2,000 MASL
Farming Method: Small cooperatives, SL28/SL34 varietals, fully washed
Flavor Profile:
Kenyan coffee contributes vibrant acidity, tasting of red currant, pink grapefruit, and black tea. Its distinct floral aromatics and juicy citrus brightness uplift the blend, adding sparkle and clarity — like a ribbon of light through the winter dark.
